The Alsace-Village Hotel restaurant : a cuisine full of country flavours
The cooking is a harmonius balance between the traditions of Alsace and modern influences.
Through the seasons, the menus are prepared with organic vegetables directly from our kitchen garden and fresh produce from the surrounding farms.
Our wine selection covers most of the usual range of wine people prefer, at raisonable cost !

- Regional specialities on request: baeckhoeffe, sauerkraut, leg of lamb cooked in a terrine...
