The Alsace-Village Hotel restaurant : a cuisine full of country flavours

The cooking is a subtle balance between the traditions of Alsace and modern influences.  

Through the seasons, the menus are prepared with organic vegetables directly from our kitchen garden and fresh produce from the surrounding farms.

Our selection of wines is rather eclectic, but they are all very drinkable !

- Set Menu from 20 to 28 € or à la carte

- Our menu includes local specialities: cheeses, trout, pâtés and charcuterie (pork products), desserts and tarts

- Regional specialities on request: baeckhoeffe, sauerkraut, leg of lamb cooked in a terrine...

- half-board 60€ / per person: dinner, room and hiker's breakfast
