The Art of Living: sample the local specialities : demonstration of the traditional "Baeckeoffe" (Alsace hotpot with three types of marinated meat), itinerary and map of local producers, recipe booklet to take away.

In the autumn, sample the delicious meat of the local Highland Cattle : In partnership with our restaurant, the Parc Naturel Régional des Vosges du Nord invites you to taste the meat of its Highland Cattle, a rustic breed that grazes in the bottoms of the valleys.

Experience the traditions of Christmas in Alsace : Christmas markets and workshops (making Christmas wreaths out of holly and pine cones, traditional spice biscuits, marmalade). From 140 € per person in a double room, with breakfast and gourmet dinners.
